No! Our design team works fast, but you won’t need to be under any time crunches on that day. All intake is done ahead of time so it’s just our team’s customizations and implementation for you on the day of. We recommend you’re available over email if questions arise.

Each done-for-you customization service includes a comprehensive homepage and two bonus pages, all featuring unique, fully responsive layouts. Designed to grow with your business, the templates are easy to expand with strategically designed sections. You'll receive everything from optimized forms to custom animations to step-by-step training videos that show you how to effortlessly customize your site. If you don’t have branding yet, a wordmark logo, letter-based icon, color palette, and font hierarchy are all included. Plus, you can choose from add-on options to create the perfect site for your needs.

We follow best practices for easy-to-digest content, which is less text and pages than what you’ve likely seen on other template shops. Your website should make it easier for your customers to buy from you, not harder with lots of reading material! We’ve also found that large website templates don’t work for most busy business owners like you — they are overwhelming & require way more content. They can end up taking too long or never get launched!

Yes, all the images are from Unsplash and are licensed under the Unsplash License. You can use these non-exclusive images, but we recommend swapping them in with your own for the most impact!

All our templates have a luxury, custom look and are shown with fonts you can pay to license. The template does not include the font license as this must be licensed in your name as the business for legal use. If you'd prefer to use free fonts, Squarespace has 1500+ you can choose from right inside the builder that don't require licenses. Either way, we provide detailed instructions.

All templates come with the wordmark and icon you see featured within that design template. We provide JPG, PNG, and EPS logo files after you license the font for use by your business.
